Health and Safety
We provide the full range of health and safety services from undertaking a top level audit of your Safety Management System (SMS) through to advising on the Safety Policy and then onto specific technical areas such as carrying out a specific Risk Assessment.
We offer a number of solutions to help ensure health and safety is fully functional in your organisation:
Safety Management System: either in-house or fully compliant with HSG65 and OHSAS18001.
Outsourced Operation: We can either provide qualified and experienced safety professionals to handle all the day-to-day operations, or support your in-house dedicated health and safety department.
Hosted Systems: We can deliver a fully automated Safety Management System that runs on dedicated servers, so alleviating the need to involve your IT department in hosting and maintaining the system in-house.

Construction
EDP Construction offers the whole range of consultancy services related to the built environment, including CDM, Construction and Operational Safety issues.
We undertake the role of the CDM Coordinator under the CDM 2007 Regulations. All of our CDM Coordinators are full-time health and safety practitioners drawn from a variety of backgrounds including architectural, civil engineering and construction.
Unlike others, we offer additional value by co-ordinating, managing and integrating the role of CDM Coordinator with our services in the areas of Health and Safety and Environment.

Training
EDP Training offers training courses from Director Duties, Environmental Awareness, Fire Wardens and everything in between. We offer all the training and mentoring you need to manage your own health, safety and environmental systems.
We can help you assess the competence of your workforce and our recommendations will highlight the training your staff will need along with the most cost-effective way of providing it.
Your training programme may consist of a combination of our standard courses, such as the accredited IOSH Managing Safely course to developing a course specific to your risk profile requirements. Our courses can be delivered on your premises or at another venue convenient for you.
Where appropriate, we can also offer Computer Based Training (CBT), for example to ensure computer users are aware of the health and safety implications of working with computer screens or their office work stations.
